Most patients need about 1-2 weeks for the face to heal before resuming normal activities.
The pain is minimal, and our CO2RE laser machine is actually known to be less painful than other CO2 laser machines.
Immediately following the treatment, patients will feel and look like they have a sunburn. You will also notice the shedding of dead skin from the treated area, which is a natural exfoliation process that may last 7-10 days. During this time your skin will be very sensitive and it is important to follow all post-care guidelines provided to you.
