Microneedling Full Face Treatment
A minimally invasive procedure to rejuvenate your skin from the inside out.
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, has been used for decades to renew glowing, healthy skin.
Using a safe, controlled, hand-held device, tiny needles cause micro-wounds in the skin. This procedure prompts your body to produce a surge of collagen and elastin in the treated area as it heals, improving skin texture, firmness, and tone. Plus, these micro-wounds help your skin absorb more of the skincare products you use, ensuring you get maximum benefit.
Microneedling Full Face Treatment (with an option to add treatment for you Neck) is an excellent choice for those wanting to treat large pores, acne scars and stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles, and loose, “crepey” skin.
Benefits of Microneedling for Full Face and Neck
Microneedling is a versatile treatment that can address a range of skin conditions on the face and neck.
Wrinkles & Creases
If you’re struggling with fine lines, wrinkles, and creases but aren’t ready for lasers or injectables, microneedling is an excellent early intervention. By triggering the body’s natural healing process, new collagen “fills in” pesky lines and wrinkles.
Skin Tightening
Producing both collagen and elastin during the healing process helps firm the skin and improve laxity. Whether you’re struggling with loose or “crepey” skin due to aging or weight loss, microneedling can help tighten it back up.
Acne & Scarring
The regeneration of collagen can improve skin tone and texture, which means scars from acne, minor trauma, or stretch marks can be dramatically improved.
Microchanneling, Microneedling, Microdermabrasion... What is the difference?
It can be confusing with all the different treatment options available to know which one is right for you. Understanding these differences can help you make a more educated decision.
Microchanneling and Microneedling are very similar treatments, with the only difference being the type of device used.
Microneedling uses a rolling device with extremely thin needles that penetrate the skin as it is rolled over the treatment area. Microchanneling uses a quickly stamping device to create vertical lines of micro-damage.
Both ultimately perform the same treatment, but their slightly unique methods can make a big difference.
Due to the rolling action of microneedling, it can cause slightly more damage and microtears than microchanneling, which may lead to more redness, irritation, and a longer healing time (typically 1-3 days). However, it also impacts skin layers more deeply, making it the better option for more pronounced scars, deeper wrinkles, and creases.
Microdermabrasion is an entirely different type of treatment. This procedure involves using an abrasive device to exfoliate the outer layer of your skin. Upon healing, the results include brighter, smoother skin and diminished or eliminated blemishes. However, microdermabrasion only affects the outer layers. Therefore, it won’t cause as dramatic an increase in collagen production or have as big an impact on deeper wrinkles or loose skin as microchanneling provides.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Microneedling
Due to the treatment process, some discomfort is common. However, before the procedure begins, a numbing cream is applied to reduce pain. Afterward, you may experience some irritation for up to 3 days, which can be alleviated with ice packs.
The number of treatments you’ll require before seeing results depend on what we are treating. Light wrinkles may improve after only 1-2 treatments, where as deep scarring may require 6 or more.
Your practitioner will discuss your needs and recommend a treatment plan.
Although it takes time to produce collagen in the treated area, many people see results in as little as 1-3 days as your skin heals.
Results will become even more noticeable and dramatic with time and further treatments.
It is highly recommended that you keep your skin clean and dry the first 12-24 hours after treatment. To prevent unnecessary irritation, you should not apply anything to your skin other than what is supplied or suggested to you by your technician.
Microneedling is typically very safe. However, to prevent worsening of certain skin conditions, it should not be used for people who have a variety of conditions. These include:
